The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the popular sites in the city, including the Recoleta district. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was great.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated in the very center of the city, close to all facilities. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are exactly as shown on the internet, and the breakfast included is a bonus. I also loved the small balcony in my room.
The only minor issue was the temperature in the room, which was a bit too hot at times and required the use of the air conditioning.

Excellent staff, especially tall gentleman with dark hair, who provided professional and helpful service. Comfortable rooms and convenient luggage storage. Close to shopping district. Good breakfast and easy access to airport and public transportation.
